General contractor Scott McGillivray is the host of HGTV’s Income Property and was previously resident carpenter on the hit series Debbie Travis’ Facelift and project manager on Global’s From the Ground Up. The 31 year-old real estate entrepreneur rescues first time homeowners from the harsh real estate market by building income suites to offset their huge mortgages. Scott evaluates, plans, and executes renovations that provide long-term solutions for property investors. He currently owns and manages 18 properties with over 100 tenants.
